Some will recommend to live abroad (the best and fastest way to learn any language), while others will point to their boyfriends or girlfriends, penpals (this does actually work… but for many of us it isn’t an option). :)
Most people know that practice makes perfect but they don’t know how to practise English. Try to create a balance between speaking, listening, writing, reading and grammar.
